HypnoMothering(R)
HypnoMothering is a 2.5 hour class for expecting moms or new moms with children under the age of 2. This class helps to ease the transition into motherhood. Mothers expectations are explored in this class. Hypnosis is used to show participants how she can make the most of the rest or sleep that she is able to get. When a mom feels rested her mind is clearer and she is able to make better decisions for her family. Just like the love story with your partner is different from your parents love story so is each mothers love story with her child. You will learn how if needed you can enhance that bond with your child.
HypnoMothering is taught in small groups. There are two different group classes one, for expecting moms and one for new moms.

If you are enrolled in a HypnoBirthing series the class is offered as a 6th class at no charge.
