With 15 years experience as a massage therapist, I bring to the table a wealth of knowledge to treat whatever your needs may be.  Some
modalities that you will experience during a session are swedish, deep tissue,
myofascial, reflexology and trigger point therapy. 

The length of a treatment ranges from a 15 minute chair massage to a1 1/2 hour table massage.
 

Pregnancy and Postpartum treatments manage discomfort trimester 
related postural change and malposition of baby.  If you are experiencing discomfort most moms feel immediate  relief just from the positioning used on the table as well as the support of the body cushion used specifically for pregnant clients.
